Walt: Build healthy thoughts.
Task Description:
Today we focused on Taha Hinengaro, building healthy thoughts. Our today today was to meditate with soothing music for 3 minutes. By meditating we had to think of our feelings and thought of anything to relax us during this time. I enjoyed today's task because I got to meditate and relax. Enjoy!
